How to Check Your Order Status after Payment

  1. Login your Hoticle account to check the status after placing the order.
  2. Check your registered email. You will receive updates and notifications whenever your order status is changed. Please contact our customer service if you do not receive them.
You could possibly be notified via email with the following status changes of an order:
  • An order has been placed
  • Payment received
  • An item is out of stock
  • Order has been shipped
  • Delivery has failed
  • Refund
  • Password Update
